Peter Fisher is a 1975 graduate of architecture at Sydney University . Like all good architects, he pursued an acting career, which spanned nearly 20 years, with extensive experience in theatre, film and television. In 1991, yearning for change, he found himself in the world of corporate communication consultancies.

In 1995, aware of the need for a more imaginative and vigorous approach to corporate training and development, Peter created his own company, Act One!, specializing in innovative, learning processes in the areas of communication, media, team development and leadership.

He has developed a unique style of facilitation and program design, drawing on the fundamental methodologies of the theatre, creating outcomes that deal with the serious issues confronting business today.

Peter has quickly earned a reputation as an energetic facilitator of innovative, interactive programs in team development, creativity and communication for people from all levels of industry - from CEO's and Senior Executives through to managers, team leaders, and factory workers.

He has made major contributions to executive leadership programs for many large organizations, and business schools using theatre-based learning as a tool for executives to explore and develop their emotional intelligence.

Peter has facilitated, directed, and co-created many corporate conference events for major clients, resulting in powerful outcomes.
